Environmental Learning Center at Caldwell Park

The Mahaska County Conservation Board is hosting another Knee-High Naturalist program for kids ages 5 and younger titled “Spider Web Wonders” on Wednesday, October 16 from 10:00-11:00 am. Bring the kids and let them learn cool and interesting facts about spiders and spider webs. Following the program, families can tour the exhibits in the Environmental Learning Center.

The Knee-High Naturalist program is designed to help foster learning about nature and exploring the outdoors. We ask that adults that bring the children remain with them during the program.

The program will be held in the Discovery Lab, so please enter the west door on the upper level. The Environmental Learning Center is located on the east side of Oskaloosa at 2342 Hwy. 93 East. If you have questions, contact MCCB at (641)673-9327 ext. 2.
