KAOS Gold Wrestling Played Host to the AAU District 6 Wrestling Tournament March 12th

KAOS Gold Wrestling hosted the AAU District 6 wrestling meet on Saturday, March 12th

What was a very full gym at both the senior high and and middle school as KAOS Gold Wrestling conducted their AAU District 6 wrestling tournament on Saturday March 12th, 2011.

With 275 wrestlers each contending for 1 of 4 spots in their respective weight classes to advance to the next round, it was a busy day for participants and parents alike. Wrestlers came from 14 counties to Oskaloosa, with just 164 of them advancing to the big show at Wells Fargo Arena on March 26th and 27th.

A Division (3rd & 4th Grade) Results:

70 lb. – Andrew Else – 2nd Place.
75 lb. – Sage Walker – 2nd Place.
118 lb. – Tyson Breuklander – 1st Place..

B Division (5th & 6th Grade) Results:

75 lb. – Alex Hanna – 4th Place.
80 lb. – Zach Oldham – 1st Place.
90 lb. – Drew Sams – 1st Place.
110 lb. – Jason Beebe – 1st Place.
130 lb. – Tyler Zickefoose – 1st Place.
150 lb. – Kylar Salazar – 1st Place.
165 lb. – Callan Tomlin – 1st Place.

C Division (7th & 8th Grade) Results:

110 lb. – Skylar De Jong – 1st Place.
120 lb. Mitchell Shaffner – 4th Place.
152 lb. – Cody Jones – 1st Place.
