Indians Volleyball Falls To Pella

by Coach Jennifer Comfort

If you weren’t in the Oskaloosa High School gym on Tuesday night, you missed a great match! The Oskaloosa Indians fought hard for a Homecoming win against the #6 4A Pella Lady Dutch. After a first set victory 25-21, the Indians dropped the next 3 sets 18-25, 13-25, 21-25. It was a competitive match with great volleyball. The coaching staff was very pleased with the effort and energy from the entire team, something we have been emphasizing recently. This carried into our execution, which continues to improve each match. The girls competed well tonight as a team. Being competitive in these matches shows our potential to take a deep run into post-season. We were very proud of the girls tonight and grateful for the support of our fans!
