Indians Track And Field Send Several To State Track Meet

Tonight our Indians laid it on the line for our chance to go to state next week. The top two finishers are guaranteed, plus the next 8 fastest times from around the state tonight.

Automatic qualifiers tonight for the Indians:
Casey Hill in the Discus
Carter Huyser in the 800 *also setting the new school record
the 4×400 team of Carter Huyser, Talon Munger, Shane Hoven, Brayden VanKampen

Other spots on the bubble that we have to wait until noon Friday to find out are:
Shuttle Hurdle Relay team of Jaden VanRoekel, Reed Brown, Nik Dykstra, and Dylan VanLeuven
Jaden VanRoekel in the 110 High Hurdles

We are extremely pleased with our 20 new PR bests and 2 season best relays. I will send info when we know the other qualifiers Friday afternoon.
