GRINNELL MEN’S TENNIS TEAM TO MEET KALAMAZOO IN NCAA REGIONAL TENNIS MATCH

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The Grinnell College men’s tennis team will face Kalamazoo College Friday in the opening round of the NCAA Division III Regional Tennis Championships.

The regional is being hosted by Washington University in St. Louis.

Grinnell, ranked 16th regionally, brings a 22-11 mark into the contest while the 9-12 Hornets are ranked 12th.

The winner meets top-seeded Washington University, ranked second in the region and 10th nationally, on Saturday. Washington is 17-5 on the season.

In Saturday’s other match, Coe College brings a 31-1 mark into its contest against Earlham, which has a 19-2 mark. Coe is ranked eighth in the region and Earlham is ninth.
