Oskaloosa–The William Penn men’s and women’s golf programs are again joining together to host their annual four-person scramble fundraiser this Saturday.

The scramble, which raises funds that will benefit the teams in a variety of ways, is set to take place at Oskaloosa Golf Course with tee-off at 1 p.m. Interested golfers can still sign up to play with an entry fee of just $25.

The coaching staffs are excited to offer a prize on every hole as well as over $1,000 worth of raffle prizes.

The event will also feature a ‘changing of the guard’ as Buster Albertson will be recognized for his four-plus years of service to the men’s golf program. Steve Tucker will officially take over the reins on Saturday.

“We are excited to have Steve back as our men’s golf coach. We know he will work hard to build the program,” William Penn Athletics Director Greg Hafner said.
