Five Earn NWCA Scholar All-America Recognition

Oskaloosa–The William Penn men’s wrestling team garnered numerous academic awards as the National Wrestling Coaches Association announced its 2024 NAIA Men’s Scholar All-Americans recently.

A total of 263 individuals from within the NAIA earned the recognition with WPU collecting five honorees.

Kaleb Loving (Fr., Aledo, Ill, Secondary Education) tops the quintet with a 3.80 Grade Point Average, while Sabri Sino (So., Franklin, Wis., Sports Management) is right behind him at 3.78.

Isaac Boucher (Jr., Kalona, Iowa, Nursing), at 3.63, heads the remaining honorees, while Dylan McConville (Sr., Portland, Ore., Business Management) (3.55) and Ryan Van Donselaar (Jr., Otley, Iowa, Exercise Science) (3.50) also met the criteria.

To qualify for the honor, student-athletes must attend the nominating institution for one semester and meet certain academic criteria.
