Come out to the Mahaska County Environmental Learning Center when the doors open at 12:30 pm to watch fish eat in the 1,000 gallon aquarium! Afterwards, check out all the activities in the Discovery Lab, challenge yourselves with the indoor scavenger hunt, or take a hike outdoors! More upcoming “Feed Fish Fridays” will be held on November 4 and December 2, 2022.
The Environmental Learning Center is located on the east side of Oskaloosa at 2342 Hwy. 92. More programs offered by the Mahaska County Conservation Board are available at www.mahaskaconservation.com or on Facebook.
