Coach Gladys Genscow praised the team’s intensity and ability to maintain momentum throughout the match. “What a great Conference Match tonight. The gym was loud, and our team was fired up for a victory. The excitement on their faces when we got points was great to see. The intensity level was the highest I have seen all season. Total team effort,” said Genscow.

Other key contributors included Kinley Lobberecht with 4 assists and 3 aces, and Chloe Lyon with 1 kill and 4 blocks. The Rockets’ serving was on point, with strong performances across the board, including Layni Burch, who went 7/8 on serves.

EBF will look to keep their momentum going as they head to the Ottumwa Tournament this Saturday, September 21.
