COMMENTS
Great 1st conference win for the Rockets. It was a hot gym tonight and the girls played well at times to dominate the match. We had some breakdown in the 2nd set allowing Centerville in the ball game. We weren’t reacting or moving our feet well to the ball. We did a great job in set 3 to take control. Overall the atmosphere was awesome with a great turnout for a student section at an away game for EBF. This really helped in keeping the intensity at a high level throughout the match. We will continue to work on the basic aspects of our game, controlling what we can control on the court. We are off this weekend and will be back in action at EBF on Tuesday Sept. 6 with Parent’s Night.
