Crisis Intervention Services Annual Charity Golf Tournament

2017 marks the 17th year for our Annual Charity Golf Tournament. Money raised at this event goes towards the services and assistance provided by CIS to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in our 12-county region (Appanoose, Davis, Jasper, Jefferson, Keokuk, Lucas, Mahaska, Marion, Monroe, Poweshiek, Wapello and Wayne). Fundraising is vital to our agency as these dollars help fill the gaps in our funding. It also helps to demonstrate that the community is invested in and cares about these issues and those who are impacted by sexual assault and domestic violence.

This year’s tournament will be at Edmundson Golf Course in Oskaloosa on Saturday, July 15th. We will tee off at 8:30 a.m for 18 holes, with a single shotgun start. It’s a 4 person best shot tournament, but if individuals want to play but do not have a 4-person team, they can call Matt at Edmundson Golf @ (641) 673-5120 and he’ll help to build teams. Golfers have a shot at winning a $10,000 Hole-In-One Prize, sponsored by Wyndell Campbell of State Farm Insurance!!
