Christopher Lee Webster, 45, of Fremont, died Tuesday, February 20, 2018, at Mahaska Health Partnership in Oskaloosa. He was born Thursday, June 15, 1972, in Oskaloosa, the son of Dick and Sandy Seibert Webster.

Chris attended school at Millard South in Omaha, Nebraska.

Following school, Chris worked various places in the Omaha and Oskaloosa area. Lastly, he worked at Clow Valve in Oskaloosa for 20 years.

On October 14, 1998, Chris was united in marriage to Cecile Ferdig in Ottumwa.

Chris was an avid Nebraska Corn Huskers fan. He loved coaching pee wee football and little league baseball. He also enjoyed attending motorcycle rallies and listening to live music.

Chris is survived by his wife, Cecile Webster of Fremont; his three children: Aislynn Stockdall, Sage Webster and Vinny Webster all at home in Fremont; a grandchild, Juniper Bowser; his parents, Pastor Dick and Pastor Sandy Webster of Springfield, Nebraska; a sister, Kady Webster of Springfield, Nebraska; a brother, Casey (& Katie) Webster of Springfield, Nebraska; his paternal grandma Donna Webster of Springfield, Nebraska; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Henry and Marjorie Seibert; and his paternal grandpa: Thomas Webster, Sr.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 24, 2018, at 10 A.M. in the Bates Funeral Chapel in Oskaloosa with Pastors Dick and Sandy Webster officiating.
As was his wish, Chris’ body will be cremated following the service.
No burial is planned at this time.
Visitation will begin Friday, February 23, 2018, after 1 P.M. in the Bates Funeral Chapel in Oskaloosa with the family present at the funeral chapel Friday from 5 – 7 P.M. to greet friends and relatives.
Memorials may be made to the Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont High School music department.
