Oskaloosa High School is teaming up with State Farm agent Kelli Steil and participating in Celebrate My Drive. Celebrate My Drive is a contest that encourages people to drive safely. With Celebrate My Drive, Oskaloosa High School has the chance to win a $100,000 grant, $25,000 grant or a Kelly Clarkson concert. 10% of the money is required to be used for anything that involves safe driving and the rest can be used for anything for the school. It started on October 18th and ends on October 26th. Anyone 14 years or older can pledge to drive safe on the Celebrate My Drive website. You can pledge once a day. How can you pledge? Go to www.celebratemydrive.com and click make a commitment. Follow the on screen directions. Make sure that Oskaloosa is the selected school. Be sure to use a valid email address. The school created and participated in Dress up Days. These included:

October 22nd Tuesday- You’re not invincible so be predictable! Dress up with fake injuries.
October 23rd Wednesday- Click it or ticket! / Drive sober or get pulled over! Dress up as law enforcement.
October 24th Thursday- If you wanna grow old be safe on the road! Dress up as old people.

We are encouraging the community to help us with our pledges. Please go to the website and make your pledge and thanks in advance for your help.
