Breast Cancer Awareness Walk Friday, October 11th
Give your lunch hour to a good cause by walking on Friday, October 11, from Noon – 1 pm on the Square in Oskaloosa (rain location: Penn Central Mall) in order to raise awareness for breast cancer. With a $25 per person donation, each participant will receive registration for the walk and a long-sleeve commemorative T-shirt. Your support is appreciated whether you can walk all or part of the time.
All proceeds from 2019 T-shirts sales for the Breast Cancer Awareness Walk assist with mammograms for women in our community with a financial need. These shirts were VERY popular last year as they are made of a soft, tri-blend material. You’ll want to wear it again and again!
To sign up and receive a T-Shirt: Register online at mahaskahealth.org by October 2nd OR pick up a paper registration form at Mahaska Health Entrances #1 and #4.
T-Shirt Pick-Up: T-shirts will be available for pick-up on Thursday, Oct. 10 inside entrance #1 on the MHP campus from 1 – 5 pm. If you are unable to pick up your shirt ahead of time, they will be available at the walk.
