Billy Blake is Iowa’s Young Agent of the Year

Billy Blake of Oskaloosa, Iowa, was recognized at the Independent Insurance Agents of Iowa’s 111th Annual Convention recently held September 14th in Altoona, Iowa as the 2017 Young Insurance Agent of the Year. The award is presented annually to Iowa insurance professionals 40-years old or younger who demonstrate leadership within the insurance industry and their community. The Independent Insurance Agents of Iowa represents almost 660 member agencies in the state and over 12,000 licensed insurance agents. The organization serves the business interests of insurance agents who represent multiple insurance companies selling all lines of insurance.

Mr. Blake was recognized for his leadership in his community and the insurance industry. Billy is affiliated with MidwestOne Insurance Services dba Butler Brown Insurance in Oskaloosa, Iowa, an independent insurance agency.
