Annabelle Leonard Is First Female Scout In Mahaska County

Annabelle is the first girl in Oskaloosa and Mahaska County to register in Scouts BSA, which is the older youth program within the Boy Scouts of America.

Annabelle is a member of Troop 219 in Ottumwa, with her Scoutmaster being Angela Massey.

Annabelle and Matt Hill met at the Woodland Trails District Recognition Dinner held Saturday night in Pella.
