“It is good to have that first conference win of the season. I thought the girls controlled the pass pretty well tonight. Our execution was very inconsistent that forced us to make a lot of errors. The score was back and forth along with the momentum of the game. We did some good things at the net with blocking tonight, better than we have done all season. We are still looking to find that consistency in our play throughout the match. These girls are playing well as a team and working hard. We will continue to keep working on finding what will work and utilize our strengths. We are playing Chariton on Thursday night for another conference match this week at Eddyville. This is a postponed match from the storm last Tuesday night that took out the power. We both have played conference matches now so it will be a good test to see what we have learned from this match.”
