Boys Track And Field Finish 7th At Mid-Prairie

The boys’ track and field team pulled off the parkas for a day to run at Mid Prairie Wellman HS with 17 other boys teams tonight. Highlights on the night were 10 new PR bests and 1 new season best relay, the Distance Medley team of Jaden VanRoekel, Casey Hill, Talon Munger, and Carter Huyser earning 3rd. The Shuttle Hurdle team also earned 3rd. Running the hurdle relay for the Indians were Jaden VanRoekel, Reed Brown, Nik Dykstra, and Dylan VanLeuven. The 3rd medal count of the evening came from the last event of the night in the 4 x 400. Carter Huyser, Talon Munger, Shane Hoven, and Brayden VanKampen gave the Indians something to cheer about in an exciting race.
