Four Arrested In Pella As Result Of Investigation

Mid-Iowa Narcotics Enforcement Task Force

The Mid-Iowa Narcotics Enforcement Task Force – East division conducted a search warrant at 516 Huber St. in Pella, IA on 3-1-18 at approximately 0725 hours. Five persons were found in the residence, two of which had active arrest warrants.

In the last several months, the MINE Task Force and Pella Police Department had received multiple complaints that high school age teenagers were obtaining controlled substances from the juvenile living at the residence located at 516 Huber St.

MINE Task Force detectives conducted an investigation and obtained a valid search warrant for the residence and persons known to be living inside the residence. The warrant resulted in the seizure of two marijuana plants, crystal residue that field tested positive for methamphetamine, approximately 15 grams of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia that included multiple syringes. Approximately $2,400.00 in United States currency and a handgun were also seized from inside the residence.

The male juvenile was charged with one count of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, two counts of violation of a drug tax stamp, two counts of manufacturing marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and obstructing justice. The juvenile was transported to a juvenile detention facility.

Cody Runion was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and transported to the Marion County Jail. Matthew Reisinger was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and transported to the Marion County Jail. Rayne Clark was placed under arrest for having an arrest warrant for violation of probation; she was transported to the Marion County Jail.

Pella Police Department assisted with the investigation and execution of the search warrant.

All criminal charges are merely allegations and the subjects should be considered innocent until proven guilty.
