8th Grade Girls Defeat Sigourney

The Oskaloosa 8th Grade girls basketball team defeated Sigourney at home this week.

8th grade girls got back on track by beating Sigourney by the score of 34-12. This was the game Coach Knoot and I expected our girls to have. We came out in our aggressive 2-3 zone and took away the ball like it was candy. The girls rebounded the ball, did not turn the ball over, and flat out played Indian basketball. Winning the games you are suppose to builds confidence and team comradery. Our girls look to continue their winning ways next Monday against Pella on Monday November 20th. Go Indians!
