WPU Remains 23rd in Fourth Poll

Oskaloosa–Despite not having played yet this spring, the Statesmen women’s golf team is still where it was two weeks ago as the NAIA’s fourth top-25 poll was released Friday.

William Penn remains #23 (tied with Cumberland-Tenn.) with 131 points. The squad, which opens its spring campaign next Monday and Tuesday by hosting the TPC Deere Run Classic in Silvis, Ill., is the lone representative from the Heart of America Athletic Conference in the ranking.

SCAD Savannah (Ga.) is still #1 with 467 points and 17 first-place votes. Keiser (Fla.) is second, while Oklahoma City (last first-place vote), Dalton State (Ga.), and Embry-Riddle (Ariz.) round out the top five.
