Nelson Pioneer Farm To Host May Melodrama

Visit with the folks of the small town of Hopewell, Mahaska County, when Hans DeSchvindler (Hans the swindler), a purveyor of perfidy, comes to town.
Will he buy up all the whole town?
Will Hans break the heart of poor Miss Polly VanPerfect – the sweet schoolmarm?
Will Polly succumb to Hans or stay true to her sweetheart, John DeGoodenstrong.
Will the school house become a railroad station?
Won’t you come and find out at the May Melodrama at Nelson Pioneer Farm and Museum.
