There will be discussion on different grafting techniques. We will use a whip and tongue to graft apple rootstock to selected scions. Each

participant will self-graft two apple trees to take home. There will be a variety of scions to choose from. Cost of the workshop is $35.00 per person. If multiple attendees sign up at the same time, the cost is $30 per person.

Participants may bring scions from known cultivars to graft also. Those wishing to bring scions to graft should contact Mahaska County
