Pastor Jeremy Empie believes that America and Oskaloosa is ready for revival, and he’s bringing his message to Oskaloosa.

Oskaloosa, Iowa – Pastor Jeremy Empie hopes that his message will be the spark that brings revival to Oskaloosa, when he holds a two night special event at the Jubilee Family Church. The services are planned for Friday, July 15th and Saturday, July 16th, both at 7pm.

Empie is a wheelchair-bound minister, who nearly died at birth in 1984. This caused him to have cerebral palsy. Empie says that he believes, “that the enemy was trying to take him out from the beginning because of the incredible work the Lord had in store for him”.

Empie says he faced many challenges while growing up, and in 1991, while in the second grade, he was saved. “The next four years, although Jeremy was saved, he didn’t really “know” God (there is a difference, and some of you who are reading this don’t know the difference)”.

“In 1995, the Brownsville Revival broke out in Pensacola, Florida. This is where God really captured Jeremy’s attention. It was there that Jeremy received the Holy Spirit. The next year, Jeremy’s parents enrolled him in Jubilee Christian Academy,” explained Empie’s website.

Empie says he started preaching the Gospel with the Jesus Saves Ministries while in the 7th grade. He began his formal ministry in 2004.

“In 2011 Jeremy became an Ordained Pastor and graduated Bible College in 2013. Since then he has preached, seen many come to know Christ, watched God perform miracles and had the privilege of giving accurate words of knowledge for the building of the Kingdom of God. His heart is to see individuals, churches, regions and countries being transformed by the amazing love of Jesus Christ and leave people empowered to do the will of the Father,” says Empie’s website.

Empie married the love of his life, Katie, in 2010. They now work together spreading the Gospel throughout the world.
