Penn Central Malls “Four Weeks of Giving”

Penn Central Mall is once again running it’s “Four Weeks of Giving” program. The program runs December 1st to the 15th where they ask the public to bring in news coats, mittens, toys and clothes to the mall for donation to Oskaloosa Peer Helpers. The donations will then be distributed to kids for Christmas.
The other weeks, December 16th to the 31st, they ask the public to bring in non-perishable items to donate to the Ecumenical Food Cupboard.
