Oskaloosa–Consecutive weeks of near upsets have pushed the William Penn women’s golf team forward as the NAIA’s third top-25 poll was released Friday.

The Statesmen moved up one spot to #20 with 184 points. WPU is the only representative from the Midwest Collegiate Conference in the rating.

Northwood (Fla.) is still #1 with 461 points and 10 first-place votes. SCAD Savannah (Ga.) is second with six top votes, while British Columbia (one first-place vote), Oklahoma City, and William Woods (Mo.) round out the top five.

WPU is next in action on Monday and Tuesday by traveling to Valley, Neb. to compete in the Bellevue Invitational at The Pines Country Club.
