McCastle Honored Again

Oskaloosa–A new school record has again given Cornelius McCastle (So., McKinney, Texas, Industrial Technology) yet another weekly award as he was named the Midwest Collegiate Conference Men’s Field Athlete of the Week Monday.
McCastle won his third weekly laurel (fifth career) by breaking his own school record with a high jump of 6-10.25 at the Central Dutch Athletics Classic. He is currently tied for fourth in the nation with that automatic-qualifying height.
His efforts helped William Penn win its first meet title since 2005, outdistancing regional powers Baker (Kan.), Grand View, Truman (Mo.), and host Central.
The award is the fourth of the year for WPU.
