Cuppa Book Club Spotted on the Trail

Cuppa Book Club from Montezuma enjoyed the Lacey Recreation Trail Tram Tour

21 members from the Cuppa Book Club, which takes place in Montezuma, traveled to Oskaloosa on Tuesday afternoon for a tour of the Mahaska Community Recreation Trail. Volunteer drivers, Cindy Paulson, Rex Blom and Martha Drost, loaded the trams and took off to show the Montezuma ladies the unique treasures of Oskaloosa on the trail. With sunglasses, a light jacket and a couple blankets they enjoyed the 2 hour trip with a small break allowing the riders to stretch and hydrate (water provided by Mahaska Bottling). Tours are being scheduled through October.
