City Band To Perform on July 4th
The Oskaloosa City Band performs each Thursday at 8pm in the evening during summer.
The Oskaloosa City Band invites everyone to the square on July 4th at 8 p.m. for an evening of music. Join the band as we commemorate our great nation’s independence!
Each week, the band plays a special song for birthday and anniversary celebrations. If you have someone you would like to recognize on Thursday night, hand a note to the director or another band member before the concert.
The band will be under the direction of guest conductor, Anita Meinert, for this patriotic celebration. You can learn more details on Facebook this week (search for “Oskaloosa City Band Fan Page”). We’ll see you at the bandstand!
