The rules may be different: everyone gets to bat, most are safe, everyone plays every inning, but the spirit of the game is all baseball and all fun! Imagine the Possibilities sponsored an Oskaloosa Little League Challenger Division game on Saturday June 22nd. The Challenger League was created to give those with disabilities the opportunity to enjoy a fun game of baseball; and fun was the number one rule at this weekends game! Proud parents and friends played and laughed alongside participants in the field. More family and friends cheered and chanted all of the players throughout this high spirited game. The challenger league hosts games annually at the Lacey Recreation Complex and all are invited to come be a spectator, or even to play, but mostly to share in the joy of the great game of baseball.
