Summer Strength and Conditioning Program
Our summer strength and conditioning program will begin on Monday June 3rd. All athletes are encouraged to participate and continue to build upon the progress they’ve made throughout the year.
The following schedule applies to Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 06/03/13-08/09/13
7:15 AM – Boys/Girls (Grades 10-12 also special exceptions for those working)
8:00 AM – Boys (Grades 11-12)
8:45 AM – Girls (Grade 9 Orientation)*
9:00 AM – Girls (Grades 10-12)
9:45 AM – Boys (Grades 9-10)
–Sports that are in-season this summer (Baseball/Softball) will cater this schedule to their needs and only train twice a week
*After orientation is complete all girls will train at 8:45 AM
Our Jr High Boys/Girls will train on Tues/Thurs
8:00 AM – Girls (7-8)
8:45 AM – Boys (7-8)
