Come learn about Polk County Master Gardeners Enabling Garden on Tuesday March 12 at the Mahaska County Extension Office; 212 North I Street, Oskaloosa. Polk County Master Gardeners Paula Winslow and Sandie Hamilton will be the presenters. Please note the start time is 6 pm. Any interested gardener is welcome to attend.

The garden is in Altoona, and started in 2002. The purpose of the Master Gardener Enabling Garden project is to provide an area that illustrates gardening for physically impaired individuals. The garden demonstrates state-of-the-art designs for barrier-free gardening.
