Main Street’s Young Ambassador Contest: Entries for candidate’s age preschool through kindergarten will be accepted through Monday, October 26th; so enter today! Please pick up registration forms at the Oskaloosa Chamber, 124 North Market. To enter, submit to the Main Street Office a recent photograph (no larger than 3 x 5) and $5.00 registration fee.

Main Street’s Trick or Treat Parade: Wednesday, October 31st – Costumed children fifth graders and younger parade around the downtown square and Penn Central Mall receiving candy from area businesses. Meet at bandstand, starts at 4:00 and ends when the candy runs out. For more information call (672-2591).

City-wide Trick or Treat: Wednesday, October 31 – Hours for city-wide trick or treat are 6 – 8 pm.
