While you’re in downtown Oskaloosa enjoying Art on the Square, stop in Book Vault for a tasty lesson on which foods to serve with different wines.
From 2 until 4PM, Ruthi will be working her magic in the kitchen showcasing and sampling a number of wines with the perfect complimentary foods for each.
This event was a lot of fun last year and is very casual. Ruthi recommends the book, 100 Perfect Pairings: Main Dishes to Enjoy with Wines You Love by Jill Silverman Hough. We will have copies available for purchase.
Tickets are $7 per person. Advance registration suggested.
