EB Students Selected to SEIBA Honor Band

On Saturday January 7th, students from Eddyville Blakesburg High School auditioned at Fairfield High School for the South East Iowa Bandmasters Association Honor Band. Jessica Jones, Riley Arnold, Anna Haselhuhn, and Emma Haselhuhn were selected to perform in the High School Honor Band. The SEIBA Honor Band is the showcase for all of the talented band students in Southeast Iowa. The audition process is the same as the All State Band auditions. A very limited number of the students that audition are actually selected to perform in the band. This is the second year in a row that Emma and Anna have made it into the honor band. The concert will be on Saturday January 21st at West High School in Iowa City.
