Question of the Week: Will Oskaloosa win their 2011 Homecoming Game?

Oskaloosa, Iowa- Last week, we asked you if you supported the proposed franchise fee increase. 50 residents responded, with 40 residents (80%) saying No, 8 residents (16%) saying Yes, and 2 residents (4%) saying Unsure. The Question of the Week poll is unscientific and does not reflect the views or opinions of Osky News.

This week, we turn to a local sporting event. This week is the Oskaloosa High School Homecoming Game. Throughout the week, the annual homecoming events will be in full swing. Monday and Tuesday will feature the Powderpuff Volleyball and Football games. Thursday will feature the Homecoming Parade and the Coronation of the Homecoming King and Queen. Friday will be the big day of the week with Oskaloosa taking on Keokuk. The Oskaloosa Indians currently boast a 2-2 record.
