Eddyville netters defeat Davis County

The Eddyville netters gained another conference win tonight after defeating Davis County at home. The netters beat Davis County in 4 matches. Coach Gladys Genskow commented on her teams performance “Another conference win and another step towards our goal. We started out slow,but picked up the serving aspect to get us back with the momentum. Our passing again was not consistent, but when it was we did a great job of running our offense. Our aggressive serving gave us 20 aces tonight. We will continue to find that consistency needed. The girls worked hard the entire match and did what it took to get this conference win.”
The Rockets will travel to Albia again next Tuesday.
