BGM No-hits Warhawks

BROOKLYN – North Mahaska was unable to get the bats rolling Tuesday and suffered a 10-0 defeat at BGM. North Mahaska was in the game until the sixth inning when BGM plated seven to break away from a 3-0 lead.

Nolan Andersen took the mound for the Warhawks and tossed three innings. He allowed a run on one hit, three walks a hit batsman and struck put two. Dane Van Mersbergen threw an inning yielding a run on four hits and two walks. Jaxon VanDerVeer finished with eight runs on three hits, six walks and a strikeout.

Kieran Sacora had the big bat for BGM with two singles and three RBI. Dominic Coleman and Mason Maschmann each drove in two runs.

Cael Coburn picked up the win allowing two walks and a hit batsman while striking out seven.
