OHS Boys Track Compete At Little Hawkeye Conference Meet

The boys track and field team was back in action Tuesday, this time at the Little Hawkeye Conference meet, hosted by Pella HS. Year in and year out this proves to be one of the toughest and most competitive conferences in Iowa. Tonight was no exception. Leading the way tonight was Tatum Westercamp winning the 110 Hurdles with a new PR and placing 3rd in the long jump, only 3 inches from winning the event.

Injuries and illness are rearing their ugly head so we will use the rest of the week to recover and prepare for our final push to the District meet a week from Thursday. We are looking forward to making some final improvements and setting our sights on breaking PR goals.
