OHS Girls Golf Teams Win At Oakland Acres

The girls golf team competed tonight against Grinnell, DCG, and Newton at Oakland Acres golf course. The girls came away with their FIRST WIN of the year with a team score of 193. We tied Grinnell for the low team score and won with our 5th score beating their 5th score. Grinnell shot 193, Newton 202, DCG 204. Some notable scores came from:
Amelia Meador: 43
Libby Fenton: 43
Rian Allman: 52
Reese Milburn: 55
We keep progressing each day with our mental game. We work hard in practice and it’s beginning to show. Hopefully we can continue to improve as we prepare for Regionals in a couple of weeks. I’ve attached the results below.
