OMS Girls Have Busy Week

Last week the girls were in action on Tuesday and Thursday!
Tuesday at PC the girls had a tough matchup. PC brought the pressure right away and got up and down the court quickly. Our girls struggled to get into a rhythm and lost 14-51.

In the second game the girls came out ready to go and came out to an early lead. The girls hustled really well and got after the boards. In the second half we struggled to get the ball to drop and fell short 16 to 24.

Thursday the girls were home against Knoxville.
In the first game the girls battled hard. Our defense was great but struggled on the boards. There were multiple lead changes and an exciting game throughout. We gave up a late lead but had a shot at the buzzer to tie it up! The girls worked hard and had great effort but feel just short losing 26 to 29.

In the second game the girls came out hot and dominated from the start. They got out to a 9-0 lead and kept control throughout. They played well as a group and had some solid passing. The girls won 25 to 16.
