Oskaloosa Bowlers Compete Against Bondurant

The Osky boys bowling team finally bowled the way that they are capable of bowling and it was nice to see the other kids step up without one of their key teammates in the lineup(Jarrett Czerwinski). They beat a very good Bondurant team convincingly today.

Trey VanWyk led the way with a 290 his first game and then followed that up with a 215 game for a 505 two game series. Zach Fee had a 213 second game and finished with a 410 series.

Andrew Quang had his high two game series(381) as well. All the boys have been coming out and working hard at getting better and doing a lot of extra practicing and it’s starting to pay off the higher scores.

The Osky girls bowled well today against The Bondurant girls who are undefeated so far and the Osky girls pushed them pretty good today but came up a little short.
Kyrsten DeWees had her high game(188 and high series of 337 today).

Kaylee Haugen is really becoming a consistent bowler this year as a sophomore. She had a 329 two game series today.
