Evans Collects Second-Team All-Heart Award

Oskaloosa–Gabi Evans (So., West Liberty, Iowa, Psychology and Sociology) has been recognized for another strong year on the lanes as the all-Heart of America Athletic Conference Women’s Bowling teams were announced Sunday.

Evans was selected to the five-person second team. Five additional bowlers were named to the first squad.

It is the second postseason honor for Evans, who was also a second-team pick last year. The sophomore is currently owns a pin average of 184.7 over 16 games with a high game of 223. She has posted two top-10 finishes this year.

Baker swept the top awards as Megan Carpenter was named Player of the Year, Kinsey Miller was chosen as Newcomer of the Year, and Cheryl Keslar was picked as Coach of the Year by her peers.
