7th Grade Girls Volleyball Tangles With The Tigers

The 7th grade volleyball girls were in action last night at Grinnell!

The A team started off strong and went 2-1 with scores of 21-15, 21-23, and 21-19. Jillian Park led the team with 7 aces and 1 kill. Reagan Stream followed with 7 aces, Karling Taylor with 6, Braylie Teeter and Aniston Fairbank with 1 each.

The B team went 0-3 with scores of 14-21, 13-21, and 14,21. The team was led by Carys Snakenberg and Nichole Harman with 4 aces each, followed by Zoe Landgrebe with 2 and Kadence Briggs with 1.

The C team battled hard but fell short 1-2 with scores of 14-21, 19-21, and 21-18. Kate McBurney led the team with 12 aces followed by Laney Harbour, Harper VerSchuure, and Kelsie Sherwood with 3 each and Shay Parker with 2.

The D team finished 1-2 with scores of 9-21, 8-21, and 21-17. The team was led by Chloe Fenton with 6 aces followed by Josslyn Ferree and Bailey Stier with 2 aces each.

The A/B team will be back in action tonight at home against Pella Christian! Come out and support our girls!
