Kenneth was born July 10, 1954 in San Lorenzo, California the son of Ronald Harr and Eleanor Louise Lavezzi. He was later adopted by Leonard Jasper White. He was united in marriage to Joan Dunn in Reno, Nevada on December 22, 1982. Kenneth attended high school in Caster Valley, California.

Kenneth worked as a welder in California, Oregon, Nevada, and Iowa. He also was a mechanic. His last employment was at Benders in Sigourney, Iowa. His hobbies included Harley Davidson Motorcycles, old cars, fishing, collecting, gardening and being outdoors. He was a member of a fishing and hunting club. However, his greatest joy was his family.

Kenneth is survived by his wife Joan of Hedrick, his mother Eleanor “Ellie” White of Hedrick, his stepchildren; Christina (William) Leach of Bloomfield, and Kelli Gregory (Tracy Fye) of Hedrick, four grandchildren; Ashley, Lisa, Tony and Trevor.

He was preceded in death by his adopted father; Leonard White.

Visitation: Open after 12:00 noon with family present from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. August 12, 2013 at Fremont Funeral Chapel
Funeral Service: 10:30 A.M. August 13, 2013 at Fremont Funeral Chapel, Fremont, Iowa
Interment: Burial at a later date.
Memorials may be made in his name to the family. Fremont Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.
