Phyllis Sheetz, 80, of Montezuma died Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at the Montezuma Nursing and Rehab Center.
Funeral services will begin at 11:00 am on Monday November 2, 2015 at the Montezuma United Methodist Church.
Visitation will begin Monday morning at 9:00 am at the church and last until the time of service.
Burial will be held in the Elm Grove Cemetery at Washington, Iowa at 2:30 pm.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Montezuma Methodist Church.
