These charges stem from and investigation into allegations that on March 10th and 13th 2018 he reportedly had sexual contact with two fourteen year old juveniles while staying in Oskaloosa.

The defendant is currently incarcerated in the Wapello County Jail in Ottumwa, Iowa on unrelated charges. Upon the conclusion of those charges the defendant will be transported to the Mahaska County Jail where he will face the above charges of Sexual Abuse Third Degree.
