Webster Elementary Building Sale
OSKALOOSA, IA — The Oskaloosa Community Schools is accepting proposals for the sale and disposition of the vacated Webster Elementary School building and real estate, located at 508 South 7th Street in Oskaloosa.
Osky Schools invites individuals or businesses to submit proposals that enhance and add value to the district and the city of Oskaloosa. The deadline is Monday, March 27, 2023, at 4:00 p.m.
Proposals may be submitted to school attorney Randy DeGeest by email at rdegeest@heslingalaw.com, or at 118 North Market Street in Oskaloosa, Iowa.
An application fee of $100, in the form of a check made payable to the Oskaloosa Community School District, must be included along with the proposal. Application fees will be returned to applicants whose proposals are not accepted by the district.
The Oskaloosa Community Schools reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to allow a proposal to be amended or modified. Additionally, the district may impose conditions and restrictions on the real estate to ensure the accepted proposal is followed.
