Oskaloosa Boys Bowling Team Completes Historic Undefeated Season

The Oskaloosa boys bowling team made history on Friday, January 7, securing a victory over Ballard to complete the first undefeated regular season in program history. The win moved the Indians to a perfect 12-0, solidifying their dominance as they head into the postseason.

Leading the way was Trey VanWyk, who posted a 503 two-game series, while Grady Kennedy rolled the high game of the day with a 278 and finished with a 438 series. Cole VanderWal also delivered an outstanding performance, bowling a 265 game and a 440 series.

With the regular season wrapped up, the Oskaloosa boys are shifting their focus toward bigger goals as they prepare for conference and district tournaments.
Oskaloosa Girls Keep Winning Streak Alive

The Oskaloosa girls team continued their dominant stretch, winning their 11th straight match to improve to 11-1 on the season. Sidney Thompson led the effort with a 188-game and a 328 two-game series, helping the team secure another strong finish.
JV Boys Continue Success

The Oskaloosa JV boys also added to the program’s winning ways with a victory over Ballard. Easton Roe turned in his best performance of the season, rolling a 390 series with games of 198 and 192. Cale Armbruster contributed with a 196 game.
Looking Ahead

With an undefeated regular season in the books, the Oskaloosa boys team will now turn their attention to the postseason, where they look to build on their success and compete for a championship. The girls team, riding an 11-match win streak, is also peaking at the right time, aiming to make a deep run.
