Letter To The Editor: Supporting Jim Carlin

Please join me in supporting Jim Carlin for U.S. Senate in the Republican primary on June 7. Jim co-sponsored the very first version of the Heartbeat Bill and co-sponsored the Life Amendment.

Jim drafted and supported medical freedom legislation and opposes vaccination passports and vaccine mandates. He co-sponsored legislation that protects the religious liberties of those who decline to be vaccinated.

Jim authored the “Iowa Student Opportunity Act,” which created an education savings account. He authored a bill prohibiting gender identity instruction in schools without written parental consent. He authored a bill prohibiting students from using bathrooms that do not correspond with a person’s biological sex.

Jim supports your Second Amendment rights to defend yourself and others.

Jim was awarded a 100% Conservative Rating in 2021 by CPAC.

Senator Grassley supported vaccination travel passports and voted to give half a billion dollars to the CDC after the Covid tyranny they imposed on Americans. He voted for the so-called Covid Relief bill and $1.4 trillion special interest spending. He supported another pork-filled $1.9 trillion Covid Relief bill that is mostly unrelated to the virus. He voted for a $1.5 trillion dollar spending bill at a time of unprecedented inflation. He voted for a spending bill that granted the far left’s climate change wish list.

It is time for 88-year-old Senator Grassley to be replaced with a true conservative. Please vote for Jim Carlin on June 7.
